"Up To" Feature - when entering bid you can enter a higher $ than the next increment, computer will increase for you. If other bids go in and are higher than $100, you can still enter a higher bid manually. If someone else entered $100 before you, bid jumps to $100 as soon as you enter that up to bid, and will be allocated to the other bidder who bid first.
