Buyer fully assumes all risks associated with loading accommodation, buyer irrevocably and unconditionally waives and releases seller, seller's associates and employees, Abamex Auction Co. and associates, from any and all bodily injury, property damage, or other occurrence during and after the loading process whether caused by sellers or auctioneer's associates or buyer's own negligence or otherwise. Buyer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Seller and Abamex Auction Co. and associates from any and all losses, claims, demands, or lawsuits resulting from or relating to the loading process of buyer's vehicle.
